Work with me
Coaching for people who'd rather draft than affirm.
Here is what a coaching engagement for a career or academic transition actually looks like. Not a sales sheet - a project plan.

Discovery → Drafting → Building → Review
Discovery
Session 1We start with a survey. What is the current structure of your work and life? What is carrying weight that shouldn't be? What is supposed to be load-bearing but isn't? This session is diagnostic, not prescriptive. I ask. You answer. We map.
Drafting
Sessions 2–3We draw a plan. Not a vision board. A working document with phases, constraints, dependencies, and decision points. It will change - that's expected. But we need it to start. This is where the structural logic of your next chapter gets drawn for the first time.
Building
Sessions 4–8+This is the work. We meet regularly, track against the plan, and adjust as the structure demands. I ask questions. You do the building. The plan changes as we learn what holds and what needs reinforcement.
Review
Final sessionWe look back at the structure we drew and compare it to what was actually built. What held? What needed reinforcement? What would you draw differently from the start? This session closes the engagement and opens the next chapter.
Common questions
Is coaching online or in person?
Coaching is online, over video call, so we can work together from anywhere. The practice is based in Dubai and works with clients across the UAE and beyond.
How long is an engagement?
Each engagement is scoped to the work, and its length is agreed before we start. Sessions run every two weeks by default.
How much does it cost?
Packages are priced for the engagement, not per session. Pricing is discussed on the discovery call, once we've established that it's the right fit. There's no obligation.
Who do you work with?
Professionals and students navigating career and academic transitions - a new role, a pivot, a heavy academic load, or a change the old structure no longer fits.
What happens in a coaching engagement?
Every engagement moves through four stages: Discovery, Drafting, Building, and Review. We survey where you are, draw a working plan, build against it, then review what held.
Can we work in Arabic?
Yes. Coaching is available in English or Arabic, whichever you are most yourself in.
What's the first step?
A discovery call. It is required before an engagement begins, and it is where we decide together whether this is the right fit.
