We often talk about confidence as if it should come before action. But I’m starting to see it differently. Sometimes, confidence comes after we collect enough small evidence that we can try, adjust, and improve. One completed task, one better plan, one honest reflection, or one moment where we tried again instead of stopping. These small moments matter. Confidence is not always a big feeling that suddenly appears. Sometimes, it is quietly built through proof: proof that we can learn, proof that we can recover, and proof that we can improve. Maybe the goal is not to feel confident before we begin. Maybe the goal is to begin in a way that helps confidence grow. What is one small thing that helped you build confidence over time?
